How to find out how many emails have been sent and who all have opened your emails?

The Mail Sent shows you all the emails that you have sent using Mailengine. Click on the subject of any email to see the details of any email sent. It will show you exactly how a mail was sent.
Know the number of people you have sent an email to. You also find out how many and who all have opened your email. Same with case vice versa.
If the mail sent has a clickable link then Mailengine has the capability to tell you how many have opened the corresponding link. Further, you can know if the recipient is a subscriber or has unsubscribed along with the SMTP used.
